Founder Cavan Wee has significant experience in residential and commercial real estate development and investments, having originated and settled over $1B of transactions in the last twenty years.
He has worked for and within the CRE industry and private family business his whole career. His qualifications in finance and management, combined with a breadth of experience and relationships, has seen him develop a specialist skill set in deal structuring, negotiation, and advocacy when partnering with valued key sponsors.
With a key focus on risk identification and mitigation in development and income producing assets across residential, commercial, and mixed-use opportunities, he holds Tier 2 RG146 Advisor Accreditation; and is an accredited Family Business Advisor (Family Business Association Australia).
With a passion for art, architecture, and design, Cavan brings a creative and lateral mindset to navigating complex financial challenges. He combines precision, diligence, and resilience with a collaborative approach, working closely with long-term sponsors to deliver exceptional financial outcomes and strategic insights for them and their families.
